Ordering with care and clarity

These policies help keep Juniper Bakery orders thoughtful, realistic, and easy to review before anything goes into the oven.

Delivery Policy

Juniper Bakery currently offers delivery in Iron County, Utah. Standard delivery is quoted by distance and verified during checkout with Google Maps.
Delivery is available Monday-Saturday during posted bakery hours. Customers choose a delivery date and time window during checkout.
Orders outside the normal delivery range, orders 25+ miles away, unusually large orders, and complicated delivery/setup requests may be routed to review before payment.

Cancellations made 72 or more hours before fulfillment are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made 48-72 hours before fulfillment are eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of fulfillment are not refundable.
Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun.

Products are made in a kitchen that handles wheat, dairy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, sesame, and other common allergens.
Juniper Bakery cannot guarantee an allergen-free product or prevent cross-contact. Customers should disclose allergies or ingredient concerns before ordering.

Standard cookies, cupcakes, brownies, bars, and other standard-menu items do not have a fixed advance-notice requirement. Customers choose from the available delivery dates and time windows at checkout.
Custom cakes, custom treats, weddings, events, large quantities, and design-heavy orders need advance review before payment so timing, design, ingredients, capacity, and delivery details can be confirmed.
Rush custom requests can be submitted for review, but they are not guaranteed and may require adjusted pricing or a phone/email discussion.

Submitting a custom request does not guarantee availability. Juniper Bakery will review the requested date, design, servings, ingredients, delivery needs, and capacity before confirming.
Approved custom orders may require a deposit, full payment, or final balance invoice before fulfillment.

Needs Review does not mean the order is rejected. It means the bakery needs to confirm timing, capacity, delivery details, or final pricing before payment.
Orders may need review because of total price, quantity, custom design, rush timing, delivery distance, event setup, allergies, or special handling requests.
When an order needs review, the request is saved and Juniper Bakery may follow up by email or phone.

Juniper Bakery collects customer information needed to fulfill orders, including name, email, phone number, delivery address, order details, delivery notes, and payment status.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Juniper Bakery does not store full card numbers on this website.
Order information may be stored in Juniper Bakery's order Google Sheet and used for fulfillment, customer follow-up, refunds, and bookkeeping.
Customer information is not sold. Customers can contact Juniper Bakery to ask about an order or request correction of their contact information.

By placing an order or submitting a custom request, the customer agrees to provide accurate contact, delivery, and order information.
Juniper Bakery may decline, modify, or request more information for orders that cannot be fulfilled safely, on time, or within the current service area.
Prices, availability, seasonal items, delivery windows, and delivery fees may change before an order is confirmed.
For reviewed/custom orders, payment terms are confirmed after Juniper Bakery reviews the request.

Juniper Bakery is responsible for confirming whether each product and sale is handled under Utah's Cottage Food Production rules, the Home Consumption and Homemade Food Act, or another applicable food-sale path before live public sales.
Packaged products should use labels that match the applicable Utah path, including required disclaimers, producer contact information, and allergen information when required.
